Since we are so involved with each of our clients, we take a select number of clients per year and are not able to offer partial or day-of services only. Feel free to send us an email and we're happy to help direct you to great local planners who offer these services!
We don't have the budget for full-service. Do you offer day of planning/design only?
We welcome a consult with all budgets, but will be honest with you if we feel your budget does not fit the scoping you envision or the services you are inquiring about! Transparency is important to us and we are happy to help steer you in the right direction for a vendor team that is a good fit for you. We've found that most clients looking for full service wedding planning are working with roughly $200+/guest overall budget.
We're happy to offer virtual hourly consulting if you are hoping to just pick our brain!
We love nothing more than traveling! That's a win in our book if we get to travel AND produce a beautiful wedding. We've been to Montana, Napa, Arizona, and Mexico for events. Feel free to inquire about destination services for your tented or venue wedding outside of the Midwest!

PROCESS
FINDING THE SCOPE
We work in a phased approach and the first step is determining the overall scope of the event. This includes site visit and discovery meetings, sourcing and building the vendor team, developing the planning calendar, creating the full working budget, and determining the details and needs for the event. We're also your resource for anything from
etiquette to family dynamics to inclement weather plans.
DESIGN
Custom design is a multi-layered process and where the the fun comes in - We produce a personalized design portfolio filled with sketches,
swatches, photos, and layouts covering all of the details for your
wedding.
COORDINATION
Once designed, we manage all the details: food & beverage, floral,
décor, rentals, entertainment, ceremony, transportation, timelines and productions schedules. We
communicate alongside you or with your businesses directly as your liaison.
INVITATIONS & PRINT WORK DESIGN
We offer in-house invitation and print work design, including programs, escort cards, menus, wedding signage, & mail and rsvp management.
PRODUCTION
On your wedding week we have three roles: we lead the set up and
tear down with the other businesses, manage the schedule, and guide
the wedding party and guests through the day.
As always, there are unexpected things (midwest weather!) that may happen. We handle
those too. There is no such thing as perfection. But there is such a thing
as a wedding that’s perfect for you. Our job is to create that.
